When usage for the Live Chat system is judged, we start when a Visitor enters the Site, we record which pages he visits, which pages he glances, which pages he interacts etc., Hence, to charge for usage, we need to start where the Visitor begins and where he ends up. A Unique Visitor is termed as the Visitor first enters the Site. A Monthly Unique Visitor is thus the Unique Visitor who enters the Site on any given Calendar Month.

MUV is Monthly Unique Visitor. This count is determined by the Visitor who has arrived at the website first time for a Month. They might again visit the website but will still be counted as one, no matter how much pages they visit.
Page View is one view of a website page. Home Page – One Page View, Products Page – One Page View, Solutions Page – One Page View, About Us Page – One Page View. On an average a Website visitor might visit 2-5 pages in your website. Even repeat visits to the page are considered another Page View.
I believe you have seen the per user licensing for the competitor which might cost around $30-$50 per User per Month for the Beginner Plans. Let us provide you an insight into this.
For example, as a Digital Marketer, you are managing a minimum of 20-30 websites – let us say 25 websites. For around 5 websites, or let us assume 10 websites, you have designated a owner who handles the campaigns and reports. So, now you have got to have 3 User Logins for the Agents, 1 for a Supervisor and 1 for the Admin. Now, you need a 5 user package. The competitor will be generous enough to provide you with 20% to 40% Discount on the pricing as well. So for your package it is now $30*5-40% of pricing = $90. Now this pricing boils down to 90*12 = $1080 per Year.

Now let us calculate for the Moderate plan with all the Discounts and User Count – ($100*5 – 40% of $500) * 12 = $3,600 per Year.
